When I looked in our freezer and cupboards, I noticed that we had some meals I had bought groceries for that we had not eaten for some reason or another. We may have had dinner out that night or eaten leftovers or whatever. So, there are a few repeats on this weeks menu because I don't want to waste what I've already purchased!
Monday: ham and potato augraten, rolls, corn
Tuesday: chili casserole
Wednesday: shredded beef tacos
Thursday: chicken corn chowder, cheese biscuits
Friday: leftovers (I will be out of town so the kiddos and hubby get to fend for themselves!)
Saturday: enchilada casserole, Spanish rice
Sunday: chicken and broccoli alfredo, texas-size garlic toast
