Freezing Corn

Last year, Woody and Lee clued me in on the secrets of good corn! It all starts with a blazing hot fire outside so there is no mess inside! I'm diggin that already!
After hours of shucking corn, you drop the cobs in a wire basket and boil them for a few minutes. not too long, just enough to bring out the goodness!
